Drinks With Your Mother
With a solid core lineup, rotational specialty calendar, and our uber- limited barrel program: The Four Seasons of Mother Earth, our three tiered selection of stellar beers gives you a number of ways to Love Your Mother.

Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year.

In a sea of offerings, our most popular IPA stands out as one of the finest examples of a West Coast style beer: Bursting with flavor and aroma, finished dry, and most importantly hop-forward. This beer is teeming with fruit and pine notes, and its light gold to blonde color make it drink like a session beer.

Don’t let it fool you. This is an imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor. Despite the dry finish there is a wonderful molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish full-bodied but never cloying. The peanut butter is simply featured to augment what is already there…a fantastic example of a legendary beer style.

Fusing the attributes of a traditional German-style Hefeweizen and an American wheat beer, we leave this beer unfiltered, however the yeast profile is slightly muted when compared to its Bavarian counterparts. Our rendition is balanced and easy to drink, but there is enough there to satisfy true-to-style wheat beer enthusiasts. Whirlpooled with dried orange peel.

Light on its feet, this beer is meant to be drinkable and refreshing. Nothing overly complicated here. Just a simple recipe and super clean, mildly bready finish.

Using a light, crisp Blonde Ale as a base, we add lemon and ginger after fermentation to create a refreshingly unique summer classic. Both flavors are very much at play in the aroma but then settle down enough in the flavor to enjoy a pint (or three) without being overwhelmed. Call it a boquet rather than perfume. This is a well-rounded session beer.

Using our flagship ale as a base, we put an even more nostalgic twist on our style-defining brew; simulating your favorite childhood classic. The only difference? You don’t have to chase down the ice cream man. Cali Creamsicle features hints of vanilla and a distinct citrus cream flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than it’s Cream Ale counterpart. Just as refreshing, just as iconic.

Our multi-award winning DIPA. Starting with a touch of Honey Malt to balance the higher ABV and some Munich to create a beautiful orange hue, this Imperial India Pale Ale is rife with tropical fruit like pineapple, lychees, and kiwi juiciness. Its medium body adds to the experience giving it a great mouthfeel that allows you to experience it through the full range of palate. As a deceivingly easy-to-drink and well balanced beer, you’ll be surprised by how much flavor it packs for being so light in color.

Our West Coast-style IPA is in your face and aggressive. Pale in color and loaded with Northern and Southern Hemisphere hops, Kismet has loads of tropical fruit, tea leaf, and pine flavors, and it finishes bone dry with a lingering bitterness. It’s an IPA drinker’s dream come true, and a perfect way to kick off another new year of the Resinator series.

Using some of the most intensely aromatic hops available, a minimalist malt bill ensures this Resinator installment is hop-focused, brite on the palate, yet contains enough character to avoid being thin. Citrus, tropical fruit, and tea leaf are at the forefront with a clean, bitter finish.

A slightly more complex malt bill lends a subtle caramel, not sweet, malt profile to an assault of hops. Using three of the most aromatic hops on the market, a mix of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine dominate the nose on this balanced quarterly release.

The Four Seasons of Mother Earth is the top-tier of our beer program. Mostly barrel-aged, limited production, and exclusive distribution ensures the integrity of these unique, sought after concoctions. Occasionally collaborations with like-minded breweries are featured to provide a fun and creative outlet for our brewers that lead to special (and often impossible to recreate) handcrafted ales. This is the crème de la crème of our catalog.

Autumn – 2019 – Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Graham Cracker Stout
Like many a season before it, Autumn ’19 is a
blend of a number of bourbon barrel-aged stouts
that are methodically blended to compliment the
dessert-like qualities of it’s adjuncts. The richness of
the graham cracker flavors are brought to life by real
ingredients in vanilla, cinnamon, and molasses,
and balanced by the tartness of cranberry puree.
