ORANGE VANILLA CREAM ALE
Using our flagship ale as a base, we put an even more nostalgic twist on our style-defining brew; simulating your favorite childhood classic. The only difference? You don’t have to chase down the ice cream man. Cali Creamsicle features hints of vanilla and a distinct citrus cream flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than its Cream Ale counterpart. Just as refreshing, just as iconic.

ALL-PURPOSE
PILSNER
All-Purpose is your new go-to pils that honors German brewing traditions through the use of Bavarian noble hops and traditional German yeast. Bittered with German Magnum and whirlpooled with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang, the hops add a soft fruitiness reminiscent of melon, grass and white pepper, followed by herbal and cassis notes, respectively. The overall impression is a dry, crushable beer but with more hop character than you’ll find in similar North-American styles.

TIERRA MADRE
LAGER
Thirst-quenching, crisp & snappy are all adjectives that come to mind when drinking this fresh, light Mexican-style lager. We use Vienna malt and corn to give the malt profile just enough oomph to separate this beer from its mass produced imported and domestic counterparts. Authentic lager yeast and cold fermentation ensure it ends up a dry, even-keeled session beer. A beer for all reasons.

ASCENT
WCIPA
Ascent is a West Coast-style IPA that puts hops first. Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, Ascent impresses with a light malt bill of just Pale 2 Row, Pilsner, and Dextrin malt. In an effort to extract the best qualities from the hops, the beer is formulated carefully to allow all the best qualities to come through. The result is a light-bodied beer but with a hugely supportive mid-palate and a dry, dank finish.

BOO KOO
INDIA PALE ALE
Although it drinks more like a strong pale than an IPA, Boo Koo is still bursting with flavor and aroma, finishes dry, and most importantly hop-forward. This beer is teeming with fruit and pine notes, and its light

LATTE STOUT
Our signature dark ale is the best part of waking up. Opaque in appearance, but with a marshmallow softness, we use specially chosen roasted malts to impart a non-astringent, darkness that laces the glass and your mouth from first sip. Accentuated by the use of Vanilla, lactose, and a heavy dose of oats, this big-bodied stout further impresses by finishing with a rich coffee aroma.

HAZY INDIA PALE ALE
Our year round Hazy IPA is cloudy, naturally. Leaning on a slightly higher finishing gravity rather than adjunct sugars for body, Heavy Cloud is Lactose-free and features the smooth, low-bitterness impression that fans of the style love. A cloud-like haze is derived from a generous bill of wheat and oats. Finally, the aroma and flavor scream tropical oasis - passion fruit, pineapple, lychee and coconut.​
