FOUR SEASONS

The Four Seasons of Mother Earth is the top-tier of our beer program. Mostly barrel-aged, limited production, and exclusive distribution ensures the integrity of these unique, sought after concoctions. Occasionally collaborations with like-minded breweries are featured to provide a fun and creative outlet for our brewers that lead to special (and often impossible to recreate) handcrafted ales. This is the crème de la crème of our catalog.

AUTUMN '24

OAK-AGED GERMAN LAGER

In an effort to add some seasonal variety to the Four Season program, our brewers took a break from the usual big stout Four Seasons has become known for, to a more approachable Oak-aged German-style Lager. Using virgin, medium-toast oak casks, we laid down our German Festbier just long enough to pick-up some mild oak tannins to balance notes of honey, toasted bread, and a touch of malt sweetness. The malt base consists of premium Pilsen with an all-German specialty blend of Vienna and Munich. Noble hop varietals lend an appropriate earthy and herbal characteristic to achieve total balance to a complex, yet highly drinkable lager.

SPRING '24

BBA IMPERIAL BROWN W/ COCONUT, CHOCOLATE, & COFFEE

Using an amped up version of our gold medal-winning brown ale, we layered in toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and Papua New Guinea Arabica coffee beans in addition to carefully chosen caramel and roasted malts. The impression is a warming 13% silky brew that layers dessert-like flavors and a bit of residual malt sweetness to balance the alcohol. Nuanced nuttiness and toffee candy dance on the rim at the finish.

SUMMER '24

COLLABORATION WEST-COAST IPA w/ CORONADO BREWING

Brewed with our friends at Coronado Brewing Company, we designed a West Coast IPA that pays homage to the oldschool, but with a modern twist. We wanted shades of the classic grapefruit, resin and pine IPAs of 2010, but by way of new hop varietals. Instead of Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook, we used Talus, Elani, and Simcoe. The results are similar, but better. Bright ruby red grapefruit, lime zest, and pine dominate the flavor and aroma and there is a light, balanced malt bill that make the hops shine.

WINTER '23

BBA TRIPLE BERRY IMPERIAL STOUT

This decadent winter-warmer features blends of multiple vintages of our award-winning Russian Imperial Stout to lay down a velvety base that spends a minimum of 6 months in Bourbon Barrels. During secondary fermentation, we added 10 lbs per barrel of USA-grown mixed berries into the barrels for additional conditioning time to create a bright, fresh, authentic fruit flavor that goes beautifully with the rich, roasty, chocolatey malt flavors of the Imperial stout. The beer is intentionally left full bodied, with enough residual sugar to balance the hefty ABV.

11.8% ABV | 65 IBU
